  This session will give you the tools and tips to find and choose the health literacy activity that’s the best fit for your organization or community. You will learn how to identify a health literacy activity and set goals, objectives, and outcomes for different types of situations and population groups. You will work on a draft activity plan to take home. The result will be a more effective health literacy focus for your organization or community.
